We're sorry to see you go, and if there's anything we can do to improve your experience with motion, or anything you want to let us know before you go, you can use the "Chat with us" option in the app, or send us an email to founders@motion-app.com.

But, if we really must part ways, you can follow these steps to delete your account:

  1. Open the motion app

  2. From the "My avatar" tab, select your profile in the top left corner

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and choose the "Delete my account" option

  4. Your account will be scheduled to be deleted, and should be complete within 24 hours. So if you change your mind let us know ASAP!

  5. You'll get one final email from the system after it has successfully completed the cleanup process, and then, it's over 🥲

  6. Make sure you delete the app from your device too.
